AmICredible Launches Kickstarter

Today is an exciting day for us at AmICredible. We’re thrilled to officially announce the launch of our first Kickstarter campaign!

Why Now?

After months of planning and designing, we are finally ready to put our next big ideas out into the world. This campaign marks a huge milestone, and we can’t wait to share it with the journalism and credibility-conscious community.

What Is Our Next Big Idea?

With the ever increasing rate of mobile media consumption, credibility is not just an issue for home or the office. It is a challenge for people on the go: commuting, conducting field research, or meeting a friend for coffee.

With that in mind, we want to continue building on the foundation that is AmICredible’s web-based credibility engine by bringing AmICredible to mobile platforms. Our plan is to bring our credibility engine to iOS and Android by mid-2026. Additionally, we are looking to add more features to help improve the ease of which credibility can be verified.

Whether you’re a journalist traveling to report on the latest news, or an on-the-go media consumer passionate about credibility, this project was created with you in mind.

Our goal is an ambitious $50,000, an amount that will significantly help this grass roots, bootstrapped company continue to develop and innovate the crucial tool that is AmICredible by adding more features and more ways to access the app.
